Hi!
As a last try to solve our problem to run the Lilo &
Stitch CD 'Trouble in Paradise' we contact You.

We encounter the message "Launcher.exe har stött på ett
problem och måste avslutas." (Swedish)
equals "Launcher.exe has encountered a problem and must
be stopped". We receives this every time we try to start
the program therefore never been able to run the game.

(A similar message is received when trying the Setup
option in the Start/Program/Disney.../Disney Lilo../Setup
option but now the config.exe is the problem)

We have downloaded and installed the Windows XP Update
dicompatupdate but it did not help.

Our system are:

Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 SP 1
Compaq Presario Pentium II 450 MHz, 256 MB RAM

The system should be fully updated with the latest
Microsoft patches. We have tried now and then from
november 2002 (over a year) to install and run the
program with no success. We have also tried other
languages then Swedish.

Now, my daughter is very sad that it will not run.

PLEASE! Do You have some more information, suggestions or
updates to run so that we will be able to run this game.

Good News! You just need to install the Disney Windows XP Update :-)

If you are encountering difficulties running a Disney Interactive CD-ROM with Windows XP,
please download and install this Windows XP Update.
If the Update does not resolve your issue, contact Disney Interactive Customer Support

Thanks for Your advice but unfortunately as I wrote in my
question that advice is already tried a few times.
dicompatupdate are the Disney XP update.

The question is if language dependent or something like
that since it does not work for us?
